I was diligently working on my blog yesterday, feeling very accomplished with how much of our trip I had recorded, when I suddenly got an email from blogger telling me that because of inappropriate content posted to my blog, it was removed and deleted and my domain was no longer an option as a blog. ?!?! Hopefully it's unnecessary to point out that nothing I was posting was even remotely inappropriate, but I'll point it out anyway, in case anyone doubted.
Well come to find out we'd been hacked and someone had indeed posted to our blog, which led to its removal from the web. So darn....I lost everything I'd posted. Luckily I hadn't been blogging for awhile and only started again just before our trip, but there was a whole bunch from our trip I had just posted - I was over halfway done.
So now we start over. The blog keeps me better on top of our family record, so I want to be more consistent about posting. As to whether or not anyone reads that record -- well, readers are much appreciated (and comments always welcomed), but not the primary motivation.
